T4 Logistics provided a rapid response systems furniture installation team to supevise and complete the outfitting of sensitive areas at the Embassy. T4’s cleared staff worked with the Embassy facilities staff to complete the outfitting of the specialize offices within a four day long weekend. The Embassy initially expected the effort to exceed no less than seven full work days. T4’s proven installation methodology of close management and supervision, lightly controlled logistics and material management, and T4’s pioneering single task metholody cut expected installation time by 40% and allowed the staff to get back to work with a completly refurnished office.
